Patricia Gonzalez

Patricia currently resides in San Antonio, Texas where she is a Human Resource Payroll Manager. Prior to this role, Patricia spent twenty years as a Credit & Collections Manager in Finance. One of her greatest achievements in her career is utilizing the AT&T Tuition Aid Program. In 2015, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Wayland Baptist University. In addition, Patricia has graduated from the following Leadership Programs: RISE through Women of AT&T, Management Development Program (MDP) and Mujeres de HACE Leadership Program. In 2021, participated in the virtual Employee Group Leadership Academy for Employee Group Leader professional development. Patricia also achieved her certification as a Life Coach.

Patricia is a native to San Antonio and graduated from Providence High School in 1989. Born an only child to Anita and Alex Gonzalez; she knew that she always wanted at least two kids. In 1998, her son was born, and she named him after her father, Alex and in 2000, her daughter was born, Alyssa. She enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Coco. Coco is a mix of half poodle and half Shih Tzu.

Currently, Patricia mentors for a non-profit organization called, “Power on Heels Fund, Inc”. She also enjoys participating in the weekly book club discussions.

Patricia completed the HR Got Talent Leadership Program. Her passion is giving back to her community; she achieves this through our Employee Resource Groups. Currently she holds Leadership positions in the following: HACEMOS National Executive Board – SW Regional President, Women of AT&T San Antonio – Director of Records, Professionals 50 Forward Southwest Region – Local Chapter Area Liaison & serves on AWT South Texas as VP of Membership & Outreach Programs. Patricia is an Advisor with the Management Development Program (MDP) were she mentors’ others in achieving their goals within the company. She is also a mentor for HACEMOS C.R.E.C.E.R. In 2020, she was recognized with the following awards: 4th QTR Service Excellence Award (SEA) Winner and Women of AT&T Member of the Year Award recipient. She is the recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award from 2014-2021.
