Doris Delgado

Doris is a Senior Advanced Network Tech Support professional at AT&T with over 26 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Throughout her career, she has held various positions and currently leads a team supporting two data and maintenance centers across a 22-state region. Doris has worked on numerous local and national projects, focusing on system automation and compliance standardization for legacy systems. Her expertise in training center personnel has significantly improved response and restoration times.
Outside of her primary role, Doris is an active member of several Employee Resource Groups (ERG) including Midwest Regional President. Her passion for STEM education has led her to conduct workshops for high school students, introducing them to hardware and software through platforms like Arduino, Micro: Bit, and Raspberry Pi. She has also served as a board member for CompTIA’s Advancing Diversity in Technology (ADIT), earned her AT&T Cybersecurity Gold Badge in 2018, graduated from the Mujeres de HACE leadership program in 2019 and got her Security+ certification in 2021.
