Cynthia currently resides in Chicago, Illinois where she is a Senior Project Program Manager in the Mass Market organization. In her role, Cynthia supports the Local Authorized Retailers Operationally and works on projects that affect the Authorized Retail Channel. Previously, Cynthia was a Senior Account Manager supporting Authorized Retail in the National Distribution Organization. Through her seven years with AT&T, Cynthia has held various positions that have demonstrated her skills across several functional areas in Mobility and Cricket Wireless.
Her personal brand with self-development and as a mentor to others is demonstrated from creating and leading the Chicago HACEMOS Mentoring Circle in 2021. This program was created for Chicago members to network and learn about various roles within AT&T. Cynthia was also a mentor in the Greater Lakes Market L.E.A.D Program in 2021 as well as a mentor for MDP to help prepare participants for upcoming leadership opportunities.
Cynthia is the EVP Professional Development on the National HACEMOS Board where she is also a member of Women of AT&T, Faith @ Work, and Advocates for Women of Tech. Cynthia is currently leading the HACEMOS C.R.E.C.E.R. Mentor Program and the HACEMOS Emerging Latino Leader Program with National President, Anna Garcia.
Cynthia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from DeVry University and is currently pursuing her MBA.
