Chief Communications Officer

A passionate advocate for engagement and communication, Dee has been a member of HACEMOS since joining AT&T 13 years ago, and her commitment to the organization and its mission has remained strong throughout her career. Her long-standing involvement, combined with her professional expertise, makes her a valuable addition to the leadership team. Dee’s career spans Retail Sales, IHX, Business, and Learning & Development, and for the past two years she has served within the Legal organization’s Integrity & Compliance (I&C) team. In her current role, she leads enterprise-wide GenAI risk mitigation as part of the CDO AI Governance process while advancing AI adoption and literacy across I&C. Dee is excited to step into the role of Chief Communications Officer and continue building community, connection, and impact across the organization.
