On January 1, 1988, HACEMOS, a volunteer organization within AT&T, was officially established. Over the past 38 years, HACEMOS has grown into a national organization with more than 5,500 members across 15 chapters. Its logo represents the shared importance of the corporation, the communities we serve, and our employees—symbolized by hands joined in mutual support, reflecting respect and collective strength. HACEMOS was formed to support business priorities, encourage employee volunteerism and professional connection, and contribute to the communities where we live and work, with a focus on our three pillars Corporation, Community and Employees.
