Steven Estrada

Chief Historian Officer 

Steven currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia outside of Washington, DC where he supports AT&T Public Sector as a Senior Proposal Manager leading Federal bids. Steven has been with AT&T for 23 years with an additional two years at AT&T Wireless where he served as an Offer Development and Negotiations Manager. He previously served as the National President of HISPA prior to the merger with SBC. Post merger, he also served as the interim National Vice President of HACEMOS. A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, Steven also completed post-graduate work at George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining AT&T, Steven worked in the government for the Office of the Secretary of Defense in the Pentagon. Steven and his wife Lois (a former AT&T AVP) are avid golfers. They have two adult children (daughter and son) and a spoiled Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Henry.

Steven is the Historian for HACEMOS and is also a member of the Board of Directors of HISPA (Hispanics Inspiring Students’ Performance and Achievement), a non-profit based in New Jersey which serves middle and high school students in NJ, NY, FL and TX. Steven is the recipient of multiple AT&T and AT&T Wireless awards including the AT&T Diamond Award, Circle of Excellence Award, Center of Excellence Award, AT&T’s Chairman’s Diversity Award and AT&T Leaders Council.
