He later joined the Cricket Wireless family, where his professional growth continued, and he now works as a Senior Project Program Manager with Training and Communications.
Alex is a proud husband and father of 5 and attributes his drive for hard work and excellence to his children. After his first child was born, Alex knew he would have to fully embody the qualities of a leadership and live his life with integrity, humility, and empathy in order to set the best example for his children. He discovered his passion for serving others after becoming a member of local community-centered groups, including Aspira of New York, where he served as Executive Assistant to the President. Alex went on to receive a number of awards from AT&T for his work in Customer Support, including the Vice President Circle of Excellence Award and in 2018, became a graduate of the Management Development Program.
Alex is of Puerto Rican heritage and considers himself a Nuyorican. In his spare time, he enjoys road trips with his family and working on projects at home. He is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and loves to try new restaurants, but his favorite meal will always be his beloved arroz con pollo.
