Eric Jara
Local Chapter – Dallas
Eric Jara joined HACEMOS in 2012 as a member of the San Ramon, CA chapter after being introduced to the organization by one of the founding members. He quickly took on a leadership role and served as VP of Operations, and lead several High Technology Day events in the Northern California area. In 2018, Eric relocated to Dallas, TX and became involved with the local Dallas chapter. There, he served as a VP of Membership, before transitioning to Chapter President.
During his time as Dallas President, Eric helped the chapter continue the success of the annual HACEMOS Dallas Golf Scholarship, helped kickoff a new local scholarship program (IME BECAS HACEMOS Dallas Scholarship), and secured three consecutive AT&T Employee Group Conference – Excellence in Action Awards for the chapter.
Eric continues to serve HACEMOS in a leadership capacity due to his passion for supporting students in achieving their educational goals. As the Executive Vice President of Public Relations, Eric will use his expertise to raise awareness, drive engagement, and foster meaningful connections for HACEMOS members across each chapter. Eric will be an advocate of HACEMOS’ mission to support our community, corporation, and employees, and live the motto of Juntos HACEMOS mas, together WE DO more!
