Jacklyn Damalerio

Jackie Damalerio was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. When she was three years old her family relocated to Fayetteville, North Carolina where she was raised. In 2001, Jackie began her career with Cingular Wireless, and has been an employee of AT&T since then. Going into her 19th year as an employee, Jackie is currently working with the Cricket Wireless team as a Director Customer Care Operations in their Channel Operations organization. She is an employee brand ambassador at Cricket Wireless, and she is an advocate for employee resource groups. Jackie has won many accolades and is well respected among her peers. She recently won the Cricket Wireless President’s Award for her organizational role in the corporate relocation of Cricket Wireless Headquarters.
Jackie is married to her high school sweetheart, David, and they have two sons, Jacob and Noah, along with two fur-babies. When she is not working, she is spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, shopping and being outdoors.
